MacFinch primarily serves clients in central Indiana from its base in Indianapolis, but will consult and travel outside of that area. We serve both home and corporate users, providing expertise ranging from basic Web surfing to digital publication and video production.

Company principal Mark Finch has used Macintosh computers since the Mac Plus was introduced in 1986, primarily in a print production environment. He has provided Mac consulting and support mainly for companies involved in graphic arts, and also for firms and individuals who use their computers for general office work and Internet-related activities. In addition to using and supporting Macs on a daily basis at his own printing company, he has designed books, magazines, print advertising and Web sites, taught classes in Adobe Pagemaker and Quark Xpress at Ivy Tech State College, and served as the de facto production manager of a twice-weekly, four-color tabloid newspaper in the Cayman Islands.

But even as much as he would like to, he doesn't know everything about Macs. He does know what he doesn't know, though -- and in those cases he calls upon any number of specialized experts with whom he maintains an association.

In addition to Mac consulting, Mark also operates as Katzenfinch to provide publications design and printing project management.
